Most other countries teach their children a second language from much earlier so why is there this arrogance that we don’t need to?  How about sign language? That could be very useful and benefit society a great deal. Of course a second language is handy thing to have in your I’m A February Queen And Napping Is My Workout Shirt. I started learning in year 5- italian. Which I learned until year 7 when I had a year off. Then It was indonesian for a year, followed by some more italian, a year of japanese and the net result- I cant speak another language. Then again I have never been very good for learning languages.  I don’t get these people with the angry emoji.

Maybe these people only think about Arab language or Chinese language or any I’m A February Queen And Napping Is My Workout Shirt that they don’t like base on the ethnics.   I learned Italian at school and some French. I cannot remember any of it except the word for blackboard. And we don’t even use them anymore except at hipster weddings. I think a class on how to look after yourself like a modern day home economics would prepare kids for the real world a lot better.
